1. Our Fee

7% of the order total, minimum $50 per order.

The order total is what we pay the seller: item prices, U.S. sales tax and any seller shipping charge. You see every part on your quote before you pay.

2. Examples

• Order total $300 → service fee $50
• Order total $714 → service fee $50
• Order total $1,000 → service fee $70
• Order total $5,000 → service fee $350

Below an order total of about $715, the $50 minimum applies.

3. What the Fee Covers

• Checking availability, sellers and options before you pay
• Buying with our U.S. payment methods and store accounts
• Placing the order exactly as you confirmed
• Seller receipt, order confirmation and tracking number
• Help with seller returns, cancellations and claims
• Our accuracy guarantee

4. What the Fee Does Not Include

• Shipping from the seller beyond what the seller charges, including forwarder charges
• Duties, taxes and charges at your delivery destination
• Seller return shipping or restocking fees

5. Prices on Your Quote

We charge exactly what the seller charges us. If the seller’s price or tax changes between your quote and our purchase, we tell you before buying and you can approve the new total or cancel for a full refund.

6. Need a Forwarder?

If the seller cannot ship to you directly, you can use a parcel forwarder. We can suggest independent forwarders. You open an account and pay them directly, then give us their U.S. address as your delivery address. We send the tracking number to you and to your forwarder. Forwarders are separate businesses, and their terms cover storage, shipping and delivery.
