1. Company & Scope of Service
These Terms (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Send Air Global (“we”, “us”, “our”) through sendairglobal.com and our official communication channels (email, WhatsApp, phone).
Our services include:
- Buy For Me: We purchase items from US retailers on your behalf.
- Ship For Me: You send packages to our US warehouse for forwarding to Bangladesh.
- Consolidation & Repacking: We combine, optimize, and secure shipments to reduce cost and improve safety.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
You accept these Terms when you:
- Use our website or complete any form;
- Communicate with us for a quote or service request;
- Ask us to purchase products for you; or
- Ship packages to our US warehouse.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal, shipping, and product information.
- Ensure all items comply with US and Bangladesh import laws.
- Avoid sending or requesting prohibited items.
- Respond promptly to our requests for payment or documentation.
- Ensure declared values and invoices are truthful and accurate.
4. Buy For Me Service
4.1 Request Submission
You provide product links, quantities, and instructions. We will share an estimated cost including:
- Product price and applicable US sales taxes;
- Our service fee;
- Estimated air cargo charges.
4.2 Payment & Order Processing
- Payment is required before we purchase items.
- After purchase, orders cannot be cancelled unless the seller cancels or refunds us.
- Refunds from US sellers will be passed to you minus any non-refundable or conversion fees.
4.3 Product Quality
We purchase exactly from the links you provide. We are not the manufacturer or seller and cannot guarantee authenticity, performance, or compatibility. Warranty or return eligibility depends on the US seller’s policies.
5. Ship For Me / Package Forwarding
5.1 Sending to Our US Warehouse
- Use the exact address and reference code provided to you.
- Share tracking details before or immediately after shipment.
- Ensure sellers ship legally and correctly labeled items.
5.2 Inspection & Repacking
- We may inspect, consolidate, or repack to ensure safety and reduce volume.
- Not all packages will be opened; some may be forwarded as received.
5.3 Storage
- Free storage is provided for a limited period; extended storage fees may apply.
- Abandoned packages may be discarded or liquidated to recover costs.
6. Shipping, Transit Time & Delivery
- All transit times are estimates and may vary.
- Delays caused by customs, weather, airline schedules, or inspections are beyond our control.
- You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and be available to receive items.
We are not responsible for delays once a shipment is handed to carriers or delivery partners.
7. Customs, Duties & Compliance
- All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- We may advance customs charges to avoid delays; you must repay these before delivery.
- Customs may inspect, seize, or destroy non-compliant items. We are not liable for such actions.
8. Pricing, Fees & Payments
- Final shipping charges are based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.
- Initial quotes are estimates; final charges may differ after actual measurement.
- All fees must be paid before shipment release.
9. Loss, Damage & Limited Liability
Although we take care in handling your packages, international shipping involves risk.
- Report damage or missing items within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of exterior box, inner packaging, and product damage.
Liability Limit:
- Our maximum liability is the lower of the declared value or $100.
- We do not cover indirect losses (lost profits, resale delays, etc.).
10. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Customers must comply with our Prohibited Items List.
- We may refuse, return, or dispose of prohibited items.
- We may cooperate with authorities when required.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
